At Srozelonzel, we take quality seriously. All custom fabric accessories — including bags and pouches — are produced to an agreed specification and inspected before shipping. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Orders
Because every product we make is custom-manufactured to your specific requirements (size, fabric, print, and finish), we are generally unable to accept returns or issue refunds for orders that have been produced in accordance with the approved sample and written specification. We strongly encourage clients to review and approve samples carefully before authorizing full production.
Return Window
If there is an issue with your order that qualifies for a correction under this policy (for example, a production error or shipping damage), you must notify us within the applicable time frame:
- Production errors: within 14 days of delivery.
- Shipping damage: within 7 days of delivery.
Claims made after these periods may not be eligible for remediation.
Conditions for Returns and Corrections
If your order arrives with a defect attributable to a production error on our part — such as incorrect dimensions, wrong fabric, misaligned print, or structural flaws — we will reprint or remake the affected units at no additional charge. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- The defect must differ materially from the approved sample or written specification.
- The items must be unused and kept in their original condition where reasonably possible.
- You must provide clear photographic evidence and a description of the issue within the applicable timeframe.
Shipping Damage
If products are damaged in transit, please document the damage upon delivery and contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement of damaged units or a credit toward your next order, depending on the circumstances and carrier investigation.
Return Shipping Costs
Where we request that items be returned to assess a claim, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or otherwise cover reasonable return shipping costs if the issue is confirmed to be due to our production error or shipping damage. If a return is requested but the issue is not attributable to our error, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled without charge before production begins. Once the sample has been approved and production is underway, cancellations may be subject to a fee reflecting work completed to that point, including design, sourcing, and any partially completed manufacturing. Please contact us as early as possible if your circumstances change.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law:
- Custom-made or personalized products that match the approved sample and specifications.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery.
- Surplus units produced at your request or accepted as part of an overrun.
Refunds and Credits
Where a refund is approved, we will process it to the original method of payment or as an agreed credit on your account within a reasonable period after confirming the outcome of the claim. For replacements or remakes, we will provide an estimated timeline for production and delivery.
General Legal Terms
This Return Policy forms part of the terms and conditions governing your custom order with Srozelonzel. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or contract laws. In the event of any inconsistency between this policy and a signed written agreement specific to your order, the written agreement will prevail.
How to Submit a Claim
To report a problem with your order, contact our team with your order reference number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. We may request additional information or ask you to return sample units for inspection. We aim to respond and propose a resolution within two business days.
